Wednesday, May 22, 2024

Would you like to install a homelift in your home but worry about limited space or unsure where to install it? Understanding these concerns, Benelifts offers a practical solution with the smallest homelift model – the Elux Tubo homelifts, which come with numerous outstanding advantages for you and your family. Let's explore whether the Elux Tubo homelifts are worth considering.

What are the dimensions of the smallest homelifts?

The Elux Tubo homelifts are designed to be compact and flexible to fit various unique structures. The current smallest diameter size for this homelift model is 1100mm. With just a small space requirement, you can have a fully functional homelift with all the necessary features.

The smallest load capacity of the Elux Tubo homelifts is 200 kg, equivalent to 2-3 people per trip. This specification is suitable for small families and effectively serves the needs of users.

With a homelift, you no longer need to worry about joint pain or the hassle of carrying heavy objects up to higher floors. The Elux Tubo homelifts are here to help you solve those issues.

Are you concerned about the PIT depth and insufficient overhead space?

With its compact size advantages, you don't need to worry too much about the pit depth and overhead space on the top floor. The pit depth for Elux Tubo homelifts start from 120mm, and the overhead space (OH) only requires a minimum of 3100mm.

To achieve such optimization, we employ non-machine room homelift technology. Instead of constructing a machine room, which can be costly, we have designed a new machine room that helps you save on costs.

  • Compact design suitable for installation in various spaces
  • Energy-efficient power consumption
  • Durable with a long lifespan
  • No oil required, low maintenance

Are you concerned about the energy consumption of the Elux Tubo homelifts?

While larger homelift models typically require 3-phase 380V power supply, the smallest homelifts often use 1-phase 220V power, making the installation process easier.

Moreover, the cabin lighting utilizes energy-saving LED lights. Additionally, the Elux Tubo homelift has a glass cabin frame, maximizing natural light and saving energy during the daytime.

Safety features of the smallest homelifts

The Elux Tubo homelifts are equipped with complete safety devices to prevent any mishaps. In case of power outage, the automatic rescue device (UPS) brings the homelift to the nearest floor and opens the doors to facilitate passenger evacuation.

Furthermore, there is an external communication device for contacting others in case of an emergency when the homelift doors cannot be opened.

The emergency brake system operates in both directions if the homelift exceeds the allowed speed or encounters a malfunction in the speed control system. In the upward direction, the safety circuit cut-off switch engages, and in the downward direction, the safety circuit cut-off switch and centrifugal relief device work together to firmly secure the cabin to the rails, ensuring passenger safety inside the cabin.

The safety sensor system with door curtain sensors ensures passenger safety by detecting infrared beams.

In addition to these features, the smallest Elux Tubo homelift is equipped with various other safety devices to ensure passenger safety.

Is the home lift environmentally friendly?
