1. IP 67 LOCK

2. POLYESTER PAINT

3. HYDRAULIC UNIT

4. SANDWICH PANEL

5. BRAKE SYSTEM

Handicapped platform lifts produced with hydraulic drive are equipped with a series of mechanical safety systems. In 2:1 indirect system L carcass applications, spring actuated safety brake blocks are used to prevent the platform from falling down against rope breaks. If at least one of the ropes loosens or breaks, the brake system it is connected to is automatically activated and automatically disabled when the rope is stretched. 6. PLUMBING PISTON

In systems produced for elevators, the plunger system is used, which creates the piston pressure on the piston shaft. Thermoplastic and elastomeric O-Ring systems in the specially produced piston cap ensure safe use in cold climate conditions. Its difference from industrial pistons is that the piston seals are located in the throat cap and it allows the replacement of the piston without disassembly. Piston seals used in industrial applications cannot be replaced without removing the piston rod.
